Digital Strategist

Overview
The Digital Strategist will be hands-on running the day-to-day digital channels for marketing and communications. They will work side-by-side with the Content Coordinator to ensure the needed content is provided for all channels. This includes paid search, paid social, social media, SEO, and ad placements. Additionally, the Digital Strategist will monitor results and optimize for improved reach, increased engagement, and lower cost per conversion. Through tracking and regular reporting on campaign performance, they will help SecureGive determine and prioritize the initiatives that are most effective.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Google Ads (SEM) while staying up to date on best practices
- Manage Google Analytics to accurately track website events and engagement, using insights to recommend and implement ways to improve and optimize web conversions.
- Create and manage Facebook Ad campaigns
- Continually monitor and optimize campaigns across platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and results and report progress and opportunities.
- Help find/determine new channels to connect with our target audience.
- Coordinate content delivery for ad placements with outside vendors.
- Report on digital performance, engagement, and cost per leads/demos/conversions/etc.
- Identify the best digital channels for targeted campaigns.
- Stay current on SEO best practices and recommend updates to improve organic ranking.
- Managing posting to social channels based on the schedule and content provided by the Creative Content Manager.
- Continually assess SecureGive’s online presence with awareness of market trends to determine weaknesses and opportunities.
Qualifications
- In-depth experience creating and managing campaigns in Google Ads Manager.
- An understanding of GA4 and how to derive actionable insights from its data.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices with experience optimizing web content to maximize SEO.
