Remote Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Bilingual)

The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving innovative and results-oriented digital marketing initiatives for our Spanish publishing division. This role plays a pivotal part in amplifying the reach and sales of our market-leading Bibles and books across key digital platforms in the U.S. and Latin America.
In close collaboration with the title marketing team, sales, and external agencies, this seasoned digital marketer will plan and execute data-driven frontlist and backlist campaigns across Amazon, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more. They will also lead the development and execution of imprint-level strategies for email marketing, social media, SEO, and web content—aligning all efforts to optimize e-commerce performance on platforms like Amazon US, Amazon Mexico, Buscalibre and other external and internal sales channels.
Additionally, this role will collaborate with the title marketing team on consumer targeting, consumer messaging, SEO and keyword strategy, seasonal marketing campaigns, and social media content.
This position will also be responsible for the ROI analysis and reporting results for digital campaigns and platforms as well as staying on top of new digital marketing and digital sales trends and opportunities

We’re looking for someone that can both lead and execute and capable of handling multiple projects at different stages in the marketing cycle with confidence and passion.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this marketing leader will be a key contributor to the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America sales growth of various imprints including Editorial Vida, Grupo Nelson, HarperEnfoque and Editorial Católica.
Our preference is to fill this position in Nashville, TN but we are also open to qualified candidates that are located outside of the Nashville area. Travel is required based on the need of the business.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with title marketers, digital sales teams, and external agencies to strategize and optimize digital advertising campaigns for frontlist and backlist titles across platforms including Amazon, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and others.
- Enhance online discoverability and drive sales performance across Amazon US, Amazon Mexico, TikTok, and additional digital sales platforms through targeted optimization efforts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies, including audience growth, segmentation, and campaign deployment in coordination with title marketers.
- Lead the development and implementation of imprint-level social media strategies focused on audience growth, engagement, and campaign performance, in collaboration with title marketers.
- Maintain imprint websites and support title marketers with additional website needs to ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Support title marketers with consumer targeting, messaging, SEO and keyword strategy, and the development of social media content to ensure consistency and effectiveness across channels.
- Monitor digital ad campaign performance and make timely adjustments to maximize impact and ROI.
- Provide regular updates on digital campaign performance and platform growth, including monthly reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Manage digital marketing budgets for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and maximizing resource efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the broader goals of the marketing and sales team.
Qualifications
Work Experience/Knowledge:
- Possess 5-6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing including digital advertising, email marketing, social media management strategy and execution as well as a fundamental understanding of product marketing and e-commerce
- Have experience in using digital marketing management and analytics tools as well as sales data
- Understand the Spanish-speaking Christian market in the U.S. and Latin America
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field
Industry Knowledge:
Required: Knowledgeable in digital marketing & analytics best practices. Understanding of marketing, brand management, and publicity.
Preferred: Familiarity with book and Bible publishing and the faith-based market preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and metrics-based decision-making experience
- Strong communication skills – both external communication to potential readers, as well as internal communication to facilitate the planning & execution of marketing strategies with core constituents including authors & agents.
- Teamwork – this role works with integrated marketing plans and works cross-functionally with various team members throughout the organization.
- Technical proficiency with marketing tools and programs
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with colleagues and vendors
- Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects
- Strong organizational, time management skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires ongoing flexibility
- Ability to recruit and manage external marketing partners
- Demonstrates the ability to stay focused and effective under pressure while juggling multiple high-impact initiatives.
- Must possess the skill to set priorities and problem solve
- Strong computer skills are necessary, especially Microsoft Office
- Fully bilingual – effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, required
The salary range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. As a result, we aim for flexibility in structuring competitive compensation offers to ensure we are able to attract the best candidates. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
